Waterfall Flooring – Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Return collection/delivery costs will be covered by the customer.
